January 20, 2020 - Silky and fruit forward with expensive oak treatment. Needs some cellar time to integrate further. Not very complex at present. Not worth the money imo, but it wasn't my money.

October 1, 2017 - James Suckling - Great Wines of the Andes (The Presidio, SF): Opaque purple color. Dusty nose - longer maceration? Ripe. Lots of spicy dusty oak.
Full bodied, with elevated acid, high alcohol, and high tannins. A bit sawdusty on the palate.
