July 17, 2022 - Deep black cherry. Licorice and roses as it evolved. Still very fresh. Great quality, better then many Barolos I’ve had. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed this wine - much brighter fruit profile than other Barolo and Barberesco wines in the tasting. Didn't note color. Ripe cherry fruit (notes were getting weak by this time) with medium body, (sour cherry / tart cherry flavor profile) with medium+ acidity and a long finish. 92++
Supposedly from young (15 years or under) vines - this is similar (in quality) to the Cotes du Rhone from Chateau Rayas. Excellent bottle of wine and my #2 wine of the tasting. -

May 11, 2017 - A fun, youthful expression of nebbiolo. Juicy and translucent, but there is good structure underneath and I think this could age quite well.
