October 2, 2022 - Pop and started very tight. It opened up nicely after that with rich rounded dark fruit flavor. My only complaint is that it is a little heavy on the oak. Drinking nicely, but can probably improve over the next 3 years or so.

September 16, 2020 - We decanted it about an hour before drinking. Beautiful garnet color, aromas of black fruit, licorice and pipe tobacco, smooth lingering finish.

November 19, 2019 - Drank over 2 days. First night it was popped and poured. Very reserved initially. Began to open in the glass. Good nose and structure on the palate. Fruit still hiding. Seems like the wine is just not ready.
Day 2: The wine became. Super fresh dark red fruit and earth on the nose. Really developed and integrated fruit and terroir on the palate.
Recommend a couple hours of decanting at the minimum. It will be worth it!
