June 8, 2016 - Bodegas Juan Gil; 6/6/2016-6/10/2016 (Spain): 4m in oak, pepper ripens out of Cab in Jumilla, it's the last picked. End of October. Shows some plum and raisin aromas. Carries some spice, but fruit isn't recognizable as Cabernet. 100% Cabernet.
