June 2, 2020 - Much better chilled and with some air. Maybe a white which could benefit from a decant?
    Stone fruit, mineral, peach,
Long finish with some complexity and spice.
Shouldnt have waited this long...not as rich as in its youth.
    Consumed to celebrate FY19 bonus.

December 1, 2018 - This wine is going to surprise many a white wine lover. It is a big wine. One feels it at the first sip with its heavier glycerin like viscosity. First gulp and the after tastes lingers on and on. This is not a wine for someone who likes sweeter wines or wines with racy acidity. This is a more serious wine. It is not immediately pleasant on the mouth. There is even a hint of bitterness that hits the palate and just as one braces for it to gather force in its broodiness, it never does gets bitter. It just fades away into a long after finish. The wine does not impress by its vivacity, but rather by its seriousness, control, and supple texture. This has the power to be paired with a beef tartare, steak with bernaise sauce, or veal chops. Melons, grass, mineral, glycerin on the palate. Beautiful, serious Chardonnay that deserves to be accompanied by a lovely meal.

September 24, 2018 - Medium color. tropical fruit, pear, and spice nose. Big wine. Big mouth feel. Flavors of pear, honey, spice, minerality, and a touch of oak. Long finish!

July 22, 2018 - Tough to find a great chard from wa. This one is one of the better ones I have had. Nice freshness. Apple pear kinda spicy and just a hint of minerals and some butter. Long finish
