July 19, 2021 - For a bdx blend this tastes more like corvina (!) with the oak and spice in the nose, on the palate sweet fruit, spices, nice black pepper in the finish. This is a good value red, very enjoyable and easy to drink. 90/91

May 19, 2020 - Enjoyable, if simple. But has subtle notes of fruitcake and black tea in an otherwise standard, lighter-body Bordeaux blend.

November 2, 2019 - This is a really interesting wine. First of all bottle says 6o% cab and 40% merlot unlike the IWC's review which say 70/30. Tarry flavors atypical of these varieties are quite attractive. Dark fruit and complex but not tannic. Accessible. Great price, but will not buy more due to oversize wasteful bottle.
