January 27, 2023 - I’d say in the top 10-20% of Sancerres and Philly Fumes, which makes it pretty damned good. All the attributes you want in your SB and no flaws. Thoroughly enjoyable. Great value. Wish I could buy it again at 24 bucks.

April 18, 2019 - What is not to love about this wine. What I’ve said before (about the 2014 vintage) holds true again: “yellow moon in the glass. ... captivating... gooseberry, white grapefruit, creamed corn, lymon, wet stones and flint. Bright, crisp and very clean. ..Basil wrapped stones on the finish.” As usual, this is one incredible Sancerre. 13% alc. With shrimp and grits. Recommended.

March 13, 2019 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #137; New Zealand: Special bouquet with minerals, some nuts and marzipan, also candy impressions. On the palate good complexity with peach, lemon and a beautiful balance between acidity and sweetness. Full bodied and a good length.

August 3, 2018 - Full bodied with wonderful minerality. Slight tropical stone fruit. Looking forward to 2016 vintage.

October 26, 2017 - Fresh, crisp, vibrant. Citrus and mineral. Laser focused. Great with fresh King Crab legs at Joe's
