  March 12, 2022 - Aromas of black cherry and licorice. The palate starts out with a softness but as it gets air, tannins become fierce, coating my entire mouth. Big question is will fruit last as long as the tannins.

Very much a bdx now - cooler, but ripe and juicy cassis, plum and a proper dose of pencil shavings on the nose. long savory and sweet finish. delicious and needing more time.

  October 18, 2017 - classic paumanok notes, great structure, black fruit - blackberry and plum. ripe but quite bright, good acidity and loads of savory herb on the back. rustic tannins. give this wine time and it will become a food friendly bdx blend that we have come to love.
