December 31, 2022 - Salmon to light rose color. Beautiful aromas of red cherry, brioche, raspberry, cranberry, minerals, floral. Medium body with good acidity on the palate. Red cherry, brioche, raspberry, strawberry, and minerals. Plenty of small bubbles. Smooth finish.

August 3, 2022 - Did not take notes whatsoever, but tasted great. Typical of a J Schram Rose, with some nice oxidative notes, a touch of R/S and plenty of brioche.

July 5, 2020 - P/well chilled. Med rose color. Intense, tiny size bubble stream. Lees and yeasty nose. A beautiful sparkler. Extremely smooth, light to med body, good lively fruit flavor profile with no excess yeast or lees. Soft, creamy, completely wrapped up in a nice charming package. Nothing off. Don/Julie bottle.
