October 31, 2018 - It is true what they say - "Sancerre" - as much fun to say as it is to drink! Flowers and fruit on the nose and combines with the most delicious minerals. Definitely citrus but absolutely dry and fantastic. Make sure you let it hit the back and sides of your tongue to appreciate all of its splendor. I bought a case. If I can keep my hands out of it...I plan to let it age and see what happens!
