October 31, 2016 - Finally able to get my hands on several bottles to try this wine. Website says disgorged March 2016 and also Aug 2015, so not sure which one is correct. Lots of small bubbles, wife loved the strawberry taste & aroma. There is some sweetness to it (wife says a fruit sweet rather than sugary sweet), but it finishes crisp with some nice acidity. Not overly complex in this first impression. We think we like it, and hoping some bottle time will show us more of the wine. C$33 tax in
