August 23, 2018 - Dorado pálido. nariz delicada, bien perfilada, de intensidad media pero gran profundidad, hay notas minerales, monte bajo, matices cítricos y fruta blanca en sazón. En boca tiene buen ataque, paso algo magro con un carbónico delicado pero muy bien integrado, amargos, muy bien de acidez, largo y muy bien definido. El más delicado pero pese a eso ganó la cata y con la menor desviación estándar de todos los vinos catados.

Initially very closed, doesn't smell of anything. On the palate it has high acidity as well as exotic fruits - pomelo and mango. Precise, mineral, comparatively sleek, not as ripe and giving as other cavas in the tasting. As if it received less sunshine as other cavas. Is Terroir speaking here? -

July 26, 2017 - Served Blind.
I thought it had some characters of bonnaire and fleury intertwined: generousity and butter-brioche profile and suave texture of bonnaire, and the acidity core and minerality of fleury.
Well, I got it totally wrong, but even after knowing what this was, it tasted very much like a quality champagne than a cava.
Impressed with what they can do with xarello. -

Nariz diferente y sorprendente. Muy de manzanilla, joven y algo loca aun. Austeridad y salinidad. Algo de oxidación positiva. Discrección que te hace oler y oler. Sabueso.
La boca es muy refinada, quizás falta de algo más de tensión, pero muy fina y larga. Una putada que se beba tan facil con lo caro que cuesta.
Gran vino a recatar para ver por donde va esa nariz.
