August 5, 2018 - Earthy and cherry nose with mild alcohol. Velvety and smooth mouthfeel. Flavors are fruit driven and dark cherry with a lovely balance and floral aromatic almost clover to the palate. Toasted oak that blends into a sweet cooked brown sugar.
Mildly tannic and moderately acidic.
I find it to be stunning and lovely. Such a strong cab. -
