October 29, 2020 - Medium gold in color. Stewed apple, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg on the nose. Tart apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon but then a delayed wave of sweetness makes an appearance on the palate. The mouthfeel is substantial because of the sugar but there is a significant dose of acidity to balance it out and leave a slight prickling on the tongue. The finish is brown sugar and vanilla with a lingering acidic tingle and is fairly short lived.

October 3, 2016 - Not a sweet wine drinker, but this is delicious - like drinking apple pie. Very sweet, like an apple pie, but still crisp and not heavy or cloying.
