  August 30, 2020 - Day 1: This is much better than the last bottle and benefitted from some age. Golden delicious apples, spice, mild oak, lemon, minerals and tropical fruit. Tastes like an $80 Napa Chardonnay. 94 points
  Day 2: Excellent again. Not as good as the pop and pour on day 1 but solid. Spice, lemon, mild oak, dust, sour apples and tropical fruit. Nice minerality on the finish. 93 points
  Recommendation: Drink now to 2022.

  December 20, 2019 - Day 1: Saline, shells, oak, tropical fruit, vanilla and orange peel. Complex wine and medium plus finish. Picks up some Carmel notes on the finish. Love the complexity here. 92 points
  Day 2: Still vibrant with shells, saline, tropical fruit, sour apple and orange peel. Good showing and complex. 92 points
  Day 3: Saline, orange peel, dull oak, spice and dust. This has lost its edge on day 3. Not nearly as good. 87 points
  Recommendation: This wine should be consumed within the next few years. This will not drink well beyond 2022.
