Community Tasting Notes 2

September 7, 2017 - Clear of medium intensity and purple in colour. It had a clean nose with quite pronounced blue and black fruits. Medium acid with good tannins though not over[powering, and flavours of dark fruits and plum quite evident. Medium to full body, good length, an intense wine with some complexity. Excellent to drink now but the tannins will probably allow some more development.

August 20, 2016 - Great Southern Expo (Prince Wine Store - Bank Street): Cigar box on the nose with vegetal notes, red fruits and dark chocolate. The palette is balances with supple tannins, tobacco leaf on the mid palette and a spicy bold finish.
