July 16, 2021 - Almost impenetrable black red colour. Dark berries, wood spice and light varnish, in a nice way. Welcoming aroma. Full body, plum, blackberry, dark chocolate. Smooth but not quite there. Requires a few hours decanting to fully appreciate.

July 11, 2019 - Quite dark colour, almost a black purple. Medium aroma of spice, pepper, cedar, shrubs. Blackcurrant, blueberry, cumin, turmeric, greenery. Requires a decent time to breathe, a bit sharp initially, takes a while to smoothen out. I think it requires a few more years, just not quite right yet.

February 20, 2018 - Intense nose, mostly Shiraz at this stage. Hints of woods but not obtrusive. On the palate, Shiraz is less dominant but still spicy. ABV 13.5%. Plenty of tannins but approachable now with its good balance. Enjoyable.
