Community Tasting Notes 1

  • dczapka Likes this wine:

January 16, 2017 - Another exceptional Lambic from the kings. Interestingly minimal aroma, and almost no carbonation. The first taste is crisp but sour, with an earthy, almost funky palate, and a bone dry finish from the oak aging.
