  Poured to pair with fried oysters and crab claws, this Riesling with a little richness was an ideal foil to the sweetness of the crab and the horseradish and sriracha punch.

  June 16, 2018 - Was fairly sweet...not what I was expecting. Interesting nuances. I like a little more acidity in my Rieslings. Nice flavors.

  September 29, 2017 - What a unique expression of a modern Riesling. Aromatic wine with a sauternes like quality to its mouthfeel and flavor. Very plush and yet for that it is remains modestly dry with acidity in check. Delivers an abundance of fresh apple flavors as if they were just picked.

  July 10, 2017 - Pale straw in color. Notes of Fiji apple, green apple, tart pear, some mineral, and a slight funk that in no way detracts from the enjoyment of this wine. Heavier, more viscous mouth feel than many Rieslings. Well balanced acids, tannins, alcohol, and fruit. Decent finish for a white wine. Quit tasty!

  June 4, 2017 - American Rieslings: Aromas of yellow apples, honey, lime, spiced tea. Creamy, waxy texture but bright acidity. Very pleasant yellow apple and lime fruit with a crusty mineral finish.
