  August 31, 2020 - Spectacular wine. Straw colored, vibrant and fresh, slight buttery mouthfeel, but not over the top. Extremely well made

  February 8, 2019 - First of the blind white wines. Theme was new world Chardonnay.
  
  Definitely seems to be unfined and unfiltered with a medium yellow hue. A touch of butter on the nose layered with honeysuckle and white stone fruits. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Buttery (not over the top) and smooth mouthfeel with notes of lemon and white flowers. Medium plus length finish. Drink till 2020.

  May 5, 2018 - Previous notes apply. Lemon curd, vanilla, lime zest, popcorn, and some subtle stone fruit. The lime note (and a tinge of alkaline and alcohol) repeat on the back end. Missing a bit of finesse and sexiness. It's trying to show a little leg, but it's got a bit of a thick cankle thing going on that I don't think it'll ever fully lose. It's a tasty Chardonnay, but I'm not jumping on phone to order more. A poor man's Aubert. Drink now and over the next few years.
