Community Tasting Notes 2

April 15, 2020 - Pear and citrus notes, can tell it has high Malics, bright fresh acidity for 6 years old. Wish it had more depth and texture. Slightly blank mid palate

May 26, 2018 - Willamette Valley Weekend Visit; 5/26/2018-5/27/2018: Tasting at the winery. Fleshy apple and pear with ginger, butter and honeycomb. Surprised to hear this is only 50% composed of wine that finished ML, given its richness. Best to drink young.
