Community Tasting Notes 8

July 25, 2020 - My last bottle, and easily the best of the 4, likely due to age. This wine has minerality and acid in spades. There is also non-sweet lychee, unripe mango and other barely ripe or not-sweet tropical fruits. Really nice.

May 31, 2019 - This bottle was significantly better than the one we drank a year ago. The grass and grapefruit are gone, and you are left with minerality and dryness. Having said that, it's not that complex, and the finish is short. But at least this is now servicable and tastes like Sancerre.

September 2, 2018 - Smooth, well-balanced Sancerre. Great by the pool!

June 16, 2018 - We like this very much sorry it's the last of 4

June 16, 2018 - I am not a big fan of Sauvignon Blanc, but Sancerre is usually better than most. This was acceptable, but I still struggled to drink it, even on a 95 degree day. There is grass and grapefruit. Unscored.
