  July 23, 2019 - Pretty garnet. Strawberry and spice nose. Light to medium bodied, crushed raspberries, white pepper, cherries, soft tannins, good acid, and a medium length finish. Mostly this was just too much fruit without much structure, except the last glass on the second night, which was terrific. I guess this needs more time.

  September 2, 2018 - This has improved since my last bottle.
  On the nose I got alot of cherry and sweet red berries. Some hints of carmel or cola. Couldn't really pin it down. Really enjoyed the smelling it. I no longer got that barn yard funk smell.
  On the palate it was fruit forward. Cherries and red berries. Nice finish.

  February 18, 2018 - A light wine but with great fruit profile of raspberry, tea, some cola. Best with food but delicious.

  January 25, 2018 - Pretty transparent color straddling the line between red and purple, with dark cherry, brown sugar, and a touch of flowers, it isn’t terribly complex and has a little bitterness on the finish, but is surprisingly hard to stop drinking. With air it picks up more florality and some meatiness, the fruit fills in to buffer the bitterness and to add some dimension, and it becomes harder to stop drinking. Nice wine for the money.
