Community Tasting Notes 2

April 7, 2024 - Popped and poured. Pours a pale garnet in the glass. Developing, intense aromas of ripe strawberry fresh and dried, dried black raspberry, black tea, dried orange peel, wormwood, smoke, star anise, black pepper. In the mouth, the wine is med bodied, med + acid, med tannin, med alcohol, med + palate intensity, med finish. Overall, very good. Drink now, not suitable for further aging.
