September 19, 2020 - Beautiful wine - 2020 is right time for drinking

June 13, 2020 - Much better than the Tyrrell. Distinctive lanolin and waxy note with creamy and medium citrusy finish. It’s much better as an aperitif. As soon as I had it with Vietnamese spring roll and vermicelli, it’s completely lost its flavour profile. This also explained why i found it so mute when matched against Chinese food last time.

March 4, 2019 - NobleRottersSydney - Hunter Valley (360 Bar & Dining, Sydney): {screwcap, 10.5%} [DavidH] Light yellow colour. Quite advanced nose of smoke and old straw. A dry, light-bodied palate, tasting dusty and earthy, with yellowing fruit. But it has a dull sense on the palate, with low/medium acid, and a short finish. Recent experience (er, ten years or so) suggests this unequivocally a buy-new-and-drink wine, and not a cellaring prospect.

October 27, 2018 - 4th Saturday Group: South America & Spain (M&LA's): Double blind. Floral and light fruit elements in the bouquet. Has a citrus undertone. Somewhat light on fruit on the palate; nice touch of acidity. Semillon would have been my last guess here- no body, no richness that I typically associate with this variety.

August 21, 2018 - Somewhat mute today. Probably pop too young?
