July 31, 2020 - This has fallen off a touch and some of that bright, creamy red fruit has been replaced with more slightly nutty oxidative notes. Depending on what you are looking for from this wine, I would drink up in the short term.

September 3, 2018 - This showed really well last night. Pretty nose of strawberry and hints of rhubarb with a bit of cream and rose petal. Similar flavors on the palate with crisp red fruits, slightly creamy mouthfeel with a fine mousse and a hint of sweetness on the finish. Paired perfectly with a spring pea and prosciutto ravioli dish. Sad to only have one bottle left.

June 12, 2018 - Consistent with previous bottles. Very versatile with a variety of foods but paired amazingly with a blood orange red snapper ceviche.
