March 14, 2010 - Delicate and ethereal aromas of raspberry and leather with hints of quince and cardamon. Palate is firm and rich, with a lean backbone of cooked cherries and smoke. Long, lingering finish has layers of smoke, leather and membrillo. This wine shows great youth and intensity with complex and elegant notes that have developed with age. Terrific.
