December 10, 2016 - This is just delightful. So light and soft it just dances across the palate. Some really nice pineapple, tangerine, apple and lemon. As balanced between the fruit and acid as a sparkling wine can get, given a slight amount of sweetness. Light golden color. The bubbles and acid so thoroughly cleanse the palate. Honey with apricot on the clean finish.
