October 13, 2023 - Tart cherry. Eucalyptus and floral. Oak. Medium body. Medium grippy tannins. Young red fruit plus faint green pepper on the finish. Strange tasting note but yet reasonably enjoyable. Not sure I see a long path to improvement however.

December 6, 2022 - Not a typical Napa cab, and I am happy about this.
From magnum, aromas of black cherry, liquorice, crushed rocks, very fresh and primary smelling- not monster oak to be found here. Comes of more med-full rather than full, loads of fresh crunchy/limestony acid in the mouth. Fruit is bright and clean, tannins are moderate. A great floral note comes out after a few hours of air. Still very young IMO, dunno about the idea of a 4yr drinking window- I'd say that this has the legs to run the long game, especially in large format, but easy to drink now. I am really digging the fruity aspects of this wine, so clean and pure.1 person found this helpful Comment -
