January 2, 2021 - Greeted with a varietally correct bouquet the wine leads into a fully mature medium bodied cabernet, exhibiting all of those characteristics. Shows excellent balance with a lighter finish. The wine goes well with lighter bodied entrees or by itself. Not a massive wine, just a very pleasant wine to drink. I would say that this wine has very little upside left in aging but is very enjoyable right now. Will probably hold for another 3 years or so, shows very little sign of aging, no browning in its coloration. Legs show medium glycerol character.

February 5, 2018 - Un peu trop maquillé mais pas mauvais.
Nez dur les fruits rouges confits et les'épices avec du boisé.
En bouche assez ample et boisé, vanillé et fruité avec des tannins souples et une finale un brin sucrée.

November 11, 2017 - Balanced wine with polished tannins on a medium frame.
Fruit is upfront with oak in the background and not intrusive. Finish is medium in length with makes this wine an enjoyable easy drinker with or without food.

    September 16, 2017 - Nice wine.
Dark red with a hint of purple, I thought it would be darker.
At first, very closed and one dimensional. After some time in the glass much nicer.
Cherries and more ripe red fruit and lots of oak on the nose.
On the palate very soft tannins, I thought they would be stronger and it makes me think this has about 3 years left on it. Very sweet oak/cedar. Ripe red fruit.
As Californian Cabernet Sauvignons go, this is quite gentle, but still full of flavour and all the characteristics you'd expect of a Cali CS.
We're having it with a rib eye on the bone with chestnut mushrooms and green beans.
