September 5, 2022 - A String of Successful Pinot Noirs!; 5/3/2022-9/7/2022 (NW DeeCee): Ruby with faint bricking at the edge. A: quite a floral and pretty nose along with plenty of earth/mushroom funk. F: a perfectly mature red fruit profile with silky mouthfeel and integrated tannin though with no signs of drying out. Plenty of length and concentration and a wonderful intro to Fourrier for me!

June 13, 2015 - Luftet ca en time i åpen flaske.. Rød med begynnende oransje kant. Bra intensitet på aroma med preg av jordbær, grapefrukt, løv, noe skogbunn, mm. I munnen er den myk i anslaget og med nok syre/tannin til at man får en fin "ryggrad" i avslutningen. God lengde, bra intensitet og medium fylde. Fungerte utmerket sammen med indrefillet av kalv, nypoteter fra Grimstad og nykål. Er drikkemoden nå, men har nok flere gode år foran seg.
