November 15, 2011 - 80/20 Merlot- Petite Verdot. Tannic up front, not a lot of interesting fruit. Completely overwhelmed by food but on its own it is not without merit. Heavy alcohol flavor but only 13.5%. Just a hint of bell pepper on the finish. I just don't know about this one but i will lean toward eeehhh.
