  January 7, 2023 - A fantastic example of a very specific style of Champagne. Rich and oxidative. Notes of white chocolate, nougat, hazelnut, and praline. Much better than my first bottle of this. I thought it was lovely, but if you’re a fan of bright, lithe Champagne, you’re likely to be disappointed here.

  January 8, 2022 - Very nice, but not obviously aged. Yellow fruit and an egg noodle note. Enjoyable but not earth-shattering.

  March 20, 2021 - Hard core acids define this wine and demands food. Quite savory, tons of mineral, dried grass, hints of yeast, yet not finding the brioche that others note. No real sign of age, except perhaps loss of forward fruit.

  October 30, 2020 - Steady bubble stream. Gold, in color. Bruised apples, lemon curd, honey, brioche, chalk, mineral. Lasting honey, on the finish.

  September 30, 2019 - 2019 MW Champagne Tasting, nose of smoke, yeast, and brioche, hint of sweetness on the palate, medium body, tasty, nice, lovely, rich, medium finish.
