February 20, 2023 - MUCH better than the previous bottle.
Minor deposit. Medium to deep red.
Spicy sweet shiraz with tones of the Yeringberg Creek valley blackstrap aromas.
Palate follows. Wonderful ripe Shiraz flavours with Yarra Valley cool climate spiciness. Viognier gives its customary lift. Lovely balance and good length. Elegant.
Drinking well and will continue to for many years. My last bottle. -

January 5, 2023 - Slight deposit on decanting.
Lost its youthful fruit on the nose, palate showing some VA characters. Much better 3 1/2 years ago.

November 12, 2018 - Violets and rose petal perfumes. Red fruits.
Sweet red fruits on the palate. Medium length and weight. Will improve a little but not for long term.
