  March 6, 2020 - This Champagne was much more developed than it should be but this is typical for the Champagnes of Charles Dufour. They should been opened, when they are young. But nevertheless it had a nice concentration of yellow and citric fruit, some beeswax, quince and butterscotch and still enough acidity and power.

  February 22, 2017 - RSV night (Extra Space): Tasted blind. Almost same tasting note as before.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Fine bubbles. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of citrus lemon-lime, greeen apple, stony minerality, almond nut, brioche. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (12%), medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus lemon-lime, green apple, limestone minerality, almond nut, brioche. Long finish.
  Very good quality. Nice sharp acidity and long finish.
  Zero dosage.

  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of stony minerality, toasty almond nuts, brioche, citrus lemon-lime. Developing.

  Very good quality. Nice balanced wine. Still room for improvement over the next 4-5 years.
  50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Blanc. Extra Brut. Apparently zero dosage.
