December 31, 2022 - A perennial favourite, zesty with hints of Strawberry and Raspberry. Touch of Brioche on a clean crisp finish. Flavours explode in the mouth in so many ways, elegant smooth and oh so refreshing. A great bottle of bubbly

June 13, 2022 - Our last bottle (of 87 drunk over the last 4 years!), this one from the 2018 disgorgement. And it's still pretty much in line with my note from July 2020. This is very straightforward, refreshing, balanced fizz. Great as an aperitif or party wine, but somewhat lacking in oomph or complexity to work well with food.
