August 1, 2019 - Champagne Suenen à Cramant GC ekstra brut 2009, degorgert 10/16; dette gjør meg glad, hver gang!
En fyldig, kompleks, mineralsk champagne med mye delikate bobler og dufter av sitrus, rabarbra, bakst, modne epler, kaffe og fjæresteiner. Rik i anslaget og solid hele veien. Ettersmaken er lang og syrlig med et dryss av barndommens bruspulver (-60 tallet��).
Rund og myk munnfølelse og medium syre.
Dette fungerte utmerket til pasta med langlagret parmesan. Jeg vil si 92-93 poeng! -

March 1, 2019 - Brioche toasty notes. Light colour, quite light body, but decent acidity and bramley apple acidity. Pretty good - perfectly enjoyable, grippy champagne. Maybe not top notch

Äpplen, rök, honung, smör, nektarinskal, nötter och kanske lite trä. Fin syra, generös frukt och bra längd. -
