October 31, 2023 - Ouverte et bue sur plusieurs jours. Palais plutôt ingrat (solaire, alcool dominant) à l'ouverture, la bouteille dévoile un meilleur profil après 2 jours de lente aération au réfrigérateur. Au troisième et quatrième soir le vin dévoile ce que l'on attend d'un Sauvignon blanc sur Sancerre.
En résumé, une expérience assez déroutante avec jolie finale. -
