September 6, 2019 - Really bizarre but rewarding tasting experience. Upon opening, it was clearly a richer Pinot on the nose but all oak on the palate...Oak bomb. After about 30 mins of decanting, got the first hints of red fruit. 30 minutes later, balance. 30 minutes later after tossing the decanter in the fridge, perfumed cherries and rose petals. Then the next small pour was TOO cold and it lost the perfume. Warmed it back up and was almost as good as the peak. Age for 5 or more years or decant for an hour and serve at 55 degrees FH.

May 12, 2017 - Sonoma/Napa with my beautiful wife!; 5/10/2017-5/13/2017 (Northern California): A ton of inorganic earth, mineral, wet stone, slate? Cherry and Berry on the nose, but defiantly not fruit driven. Slightly funky in the best way possible. My favorite of the three Pinots from Flanagan. M Tannins and great acidity makes me believe this will live on 10-20 years...
