January 17, 2017 - Medium ruby colour, primary fruit of black cherry, blackberry and liquorice and black olive and Italian herbs on the nose. There's a hint of vanilla and cedar too. The palate is dry with medium acidity and tannin and medium body too. The flavour is medium (+) intensity and with a medium finish. A good wine.

October 20, 2016 - Described as in a "rustic style" on the back label, this does show a lot of dark cherry and thyme but with very smooth tannins and nicely judged acidity.
