May 15, 2017 - Champagnemiddag med FVL (Restaurang Hantverket): (From magnum and late disgorged in 2015, dosage 3,5 gr/l, stored sur-pointe for ten years to minimize contact with yeast, 66% PN, 33% CH)
Lovely golden yellow color with a mature nose showing plums and chocolate with a hint of youthfulness of flowers. Very intense palate with notes of oak and a rounder middle. With a long and lovely asperity of lime peel bitterness in the long lasting finish. This is wonderful already and perfect with a piece of grilled meat, but can keep for years to come. Best 2016-2031.
