  January 17, 2022 - Notes of Chambord makes this on the ripe side of the fruit spectrum, but I like that it never gets heavy/cloying and stays juicy through the finish. This is an excellent value play in Amarone.

  February 8, 2019 - Raisins, sweet cherry, baking spices, herbs. Medium plus body, and nice length on the finish. This represents a nice value in Amarone at $30.

  January 28, 2017 - December '16 - January '17 Events: Very classic amarone with a pleasant raisin aspect upfront followed by some juicier black cherry flavors accented with delicate spice and grilled herb notes. Fresh and appealing with a chewy finish. Also this was a great bargain – circa $30.
