  March 14, 2022 - deep ruby color; blackberry ganache on the nose; mouthful of black fruit, blackberries, black pepper and black sherry compote.

  November 5, 2021 - Cork came out in one piece, ftw. Herbal and noseful of blueberries. Opened up to still-lively fruit, not a fruit bomb by any means. Beautiful color, no bricking.

  Nice herbal notes under some blackberry and currants, good long finish with a bit of bitterness, mellowed with a hint of oak, cedar, and tobacco.
  
  Probably will mellow out a bit more over the next few years, but drinking very nicely now.
