December 15, 2023 - Great medium bodied chardonnay. Pours clear, slight yellow tinge. Aromas of cashew, melon and struck match. On the palate, more melon, white peach and dried fig, held together with a gentle acidity.

December 19, 2021 - Screwcap, 13.2% alc. Pale green-gold.
Elegant nose of peach, almond, melon, grapefruit, and nutty vanilla oak. Some struck match and other sulphides in the background. Wonderfully fruity and aromatic with extended airing; it sounds silly but is shows some flavour similarities with German Riesling.
Taut and powerful on the palate, glistening with acid. Drives long through the back palate with a nutty, savoury finish.
Opinion: Lots of potential. In need of some more time to soften and fill out with more expression. I like where this is heading.1 person found this helpful Comment -
