December 19, 2023 - Pale lemon. Pronounced with aromas of apples, baked lemon, dill, brioche, nuts and cheese. High acidity, fresh mousse, medium alcohol. Medium(+) flavour intensity with flavours of lemon, lime, orange peel, red apples, dill, nuts, brioche and cookie dough. Long finish.
