December 8, 2023 - This 8 years old bottle is dark red, flavors characteristic of st joseph region, round, slight choco;ate taste.

November 25, 2023 - Lots of black peber and dark fruits, still some tannins to store, but drink well know.

December 20, 2022 - Purple in color and opaque in the glass. Aromas of roasted meat, tar, and smoke dominate the nose with hints of raspberry in the background. Beautiful raspberry fruit on the palate along with black pepper. Everything was in balance and I just thoroughly enjoyed this Saint JOseph!

July 16, 2022 - Tonight….it’s all about the black pepper on the nose….of course red and blue fruits on the scent but back up actors….the kind of nose you could sit with for hours if you didn’t have a drinking problem and prefer to chug the glass of wine….
Palate is same black pepper, red and blue fruits, touch austere, acidity taming down becoming a delicious complex Syrah experience…
    A memorable wine….fuck I love a good French red….
