  November 15, 2017 - A lovely wine with a pristine presentation of its ripe citrus backbone; from bouquet to aftertaste this wine shows an admirable balance and purity. The wine supported very well cod with little shellfish.

  March 1, 2017 - Drank this wine before its time, which includes the strong likelihood that its time will never come. Worst Sancerre tasted in recent memory. Wish I knew 11 unpleasant persons to take the remainder off my hands. Unworthy of its nobly named producers, Barons Philippe et Cyril Benoist de Gentissart.

  February 12, 2017 - Grapefruit, melon, and a hint of petrol on the nose. Oily mouthfeel with a little spritz when first opened. Grapefruit pith and gravel on the palate. Interesting tug of war on the mouth between bitter and sweet note.

  January 13, 2017 - Could not wait until 2018, had to taste it again. Lovely grapefruit on the nose, smooth nearly sweet lime, bit of straw. nice finish.
