Community Tasting Notes 1

December 22, 2013 - Deep banana-yellow colour. Nose of lemon and honey, with an emerging jasmine/pandan note that eventually takes over. Palate is initially steely and frothy, but the effervescence dies down quickly. This leaves a soft palate, with notes of cheese soufflé, pastry, baked apple and lemon peel. There's a balance of sharp and creamy elements, with the sharp, lemony acidity more prominent on the finish.
