  March 11, 2018 - I think the previous notes pretty much sums it up: typical oxidative jura style, but has a nutty salty but also fruity feel to it with some glycerin like texture. Quite big wine actually. And so yummy.

  November 26, 2017 - Golden hue. Sotolon on the nose. Raisins, ripe apples and a touch of yeast on the palate. Displays typicity. But of vin jaune. Pair with cheese.

  October 28, 2017 - A not an ordinary wine. Had almost a cherry an port flavor. After a while an a few degrees upwards, red apples, mature pineapple an exotic fruit. Salty minerals.

Something completely different with great structure and complexity. Long finish. You will be needing food with this one. Might go well with creamy sauces, mushrooms and cheeses.
