September 15, 2020 - Has definitely improved since last year. Still a bit grippy at first but one hour in and this was smoothing out and delivering delicious dark red fruits and dried herb and spice with a touch of creaminess. Imagine sour black cherry clafoutis slightly burnt & caramelized with a sprinkle of herbs du Provence. Will try again early next year.

September 4, 2019 - PnP’d but should have decanted. Still a bit young and a bit hot but the potential is promising. Once the nose gets past the alcohol there is concentrated black cherry and spice. Good medium plus body and loads of dark red fruit. Acid and alcohol are competing with fine chewy tannins. Will hold rest for another year or two.
